What are the stages of the learning cycle? Why are they important and how can we ensure students are moving through the cycle? Effective learning requires more than consuming and repeating large amounts of material. Learning is most effective where participants have the opportunity to engage in a process that encourages them to integrate theory with action and to apply new learning to their experience. This session will provide a model for facilitators to help maximize the learning in their courses.
